Use AI and
Design Thinking
to Build Your Own Solutions

AI meets Design Thinking — your team builds a real, functional solution in just a few days. Innovate. Build. Upskill.

Most Teams Know Exactly
What's Slowing Them Down

The tricky part isn't identifying the problem, it's finding the time, the tools, and the method to actually do something about it. So it stays on the list. Quarter after quarter.

What if you could
just… fix it?

This week.

We Don't Teach AI in Theory.
We Give Your Team a Goal.

Because the fastest way to learn a new skill isn't a course. It's a project with a deadline and something worth finishing at the end.

01

Understand the Problem

Your team uses Design Thinking to properly understand the challenge: who it affects, why it matters, and what a real solution looks like.

Part 1 — Design Thinking
02

Build with AI

Using AI tools like Lovable.dev, your team builds a working prototype. Not a mockup, but a live application that tackles the problem.

Part 2 — AI Prototyping
03

Own the Skills

By the end, your team won't just have a working prototype. They'll know how to do it again. On their own. Without us.

What Your Team Learns by Doing

Practical skills they'll use immediately, and keep using long after the workshop.

Use AI tools confidently

And know their limits. Understand what AI can and can't do, so you use it wisely.

Break messy problems down

Turn a vague challenge into something buildable using Design Thinking.

Prompt, iterate, and build

Build working applications using just natural language. No coding experience required.

Run the process again

For the next problem, and the one after that. The method is yours to keep.

What Teams Say After
the Workshop

"No slides, just hands-on work toward a real goal. We learned which AI tools fit our situation, and then used them. That's how you upskill a team and improve processes at the same time."

Florian Bogenschütz
Florian Bogenschütz CEO Wayra Germany / Telefonica

"I'm not a developer, I'm a marketer. But by the end of the workshop, I had built a working prototype app with my own hands. It felt unreal, and it completely changed how I think about what's possible with AI."

Franziska Kraft
Franziska Kraft Head of Marketing, Wayra Germany / Telefonica

"By the end of day two, I had a working app that solved a real problem for my team. The workshop gave me the confidence and the method to keep building. I've shipped two more tools since."

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the AI Prototyping Workshop.

What exactly happens in the 2-day workshop?
Day 1 focuses on Design Thinking: your team defines the problem, maps user needs, and creates a wireframe of how the app will look and work. Day 2 is hands-on AI prototyping using Lovable.dev. Your team takes the wireframe and builds a working application from it, tests it, and deploys it live. You walk away with a functional product and the skills to repeat the process.
Do participants need programming experience?
No. Your team does not need any technical knowledge. You build using natural language prompts and AI-powered no-code tools. Marketers, HR professionals, operations managers, and product owners have all successfully completed the workshop and built working apps.
What tool do you use to build the prototype?
We use tools like Lovable.dev, an AI-powered application builder that turns natural language into fully functional web applications. It requires no technical knowledge and handles all the heavy lifting for you: deployment, authentication, databases, and hosting. Your team focuses on the idea, Lovable takes care of the rest.
What kinds of problems has the workshop solved?
Teams have built internal tools for HR onboarding, operations dashboards, customer service workflows, inventory tracking, and project management. One HR team cut onboarding time in half. A founder automated hours of weekly research into a single tool. The workshop works best with a specific, real internal problem your team faces.
How many people can join?
The standard format supports up to 10 participants. This keeps the workshop hands-on and ensures each person gets coaching. For groups larger than 10, we offer custom workshops with adjusted facilitation and additional coaches.
What's the difference between the 2-day and 5-day format?
The 2-day Prototype Sprint delivers a working MVP. The 5-day Deep Dive adds more fundamental knowledge, more iteration cycles, thorough testing, and a more polished final product. The 5-day format is ideal for complex problems or when you want deeper skill transfer across the team.
Can the workshop be run remotely?
No. The workshop is designed for in-person delivery to maximize collaboration and impact.
How quickly do teams see results?
By the end of day 2, your team has a working prototype deployed and ready to use. Many teams start using the tool immediately. Since everything is built using natural language, the skills transfer is immediate. We also hand out all workshop materials, so participants leave knowing how to repeat the process by themselves.
What industries is this workshop for?
The workshop works across industries. We have experience with automotive (BMW ecosystem), enterprise SaaS, fintech, HR-heavy organisations, Mittelstand manufacturing, logistics, consulting firms, and innovation teams.
How does Design Thinking fit into an AI workshop?
Design Thinking ensures you build the right thing before you build it fast. Without it, teams jump to solutions that miss the real problem. The combination is what makes the workshop unique: Design Thinking defines what to build, AI tools build it in hours instead of months.
